Returns & Refund Policy
We insist all our customers to check the products on receipt as early as they can and in case of any issues arising such as damage, short quantity, different product, etc. a return email needs to be sent within 72 hours of receiving the product. After this No Return or Refund claim under any circumstances can be made. Any such issues can be emailed along with a video of the damage to email@example.com. Additionally following points need to be noted in different scenarios -
- A printed card cannot be returned unless the damage is proven however blank cards can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order and in that case the buyer will have to bear the entire shipping cost of sending the product to our office in good condition. Once we receive the product we will check on our end to decide the next course of action and if found satisfactory then initiate the refund process which takes anywhere between 7 to 10 working days. Kindly note refund or returns will not be accepted if the product has been used partially.
- Once an order is placed it cannot be changed and if a customer wishes to switch the product after placing the order, an intimation needs to be sent within 24 hours of placing the order and a change request shall be made. Any change will incur some additional cost as applicable apart from the difference in the cost of the product and shipping.
- Our site has a facility that allows you to buy a sample and we strongly recommend you to do so before ordering the product in bulk so that you are absolutely sure of what you are ordering.
- Colors displayed on your monitor may vary from the actual printed card. Handmade and Metallic paper tend to vary both in gsm and color. A variation of ±10% is an acceptable norm worldwide. There might be minor variations in paper of other grades too. Thus a refund or return will not be accepted based on this argument.
- We will only print the Invitations once you confirm the proof. We recommend you to check the spelling or grammatical errors before confirming the proof since we cannot change anything once the Invitations are printed. Unfortunately, we cannot take full responsibility for customer errors and no returns or refunds will be accepted in such a case.
- In case the shipping is delayed due to any natural calamities then no returns or refund will be accepted. Similarly any delivery delays due to public holidays in either sender or receiver’s country will not be considered as a valid argument for any refund or return.
