1) What would be the time frame for the Delivery of the cards?

    A) Samples :-
    It takes 5 to 6 business days for the samples to reach any corner of the globe.


    B) Printed Cards :-
    Getting the text designed / creating the proof by our professional designers for the card selected takes about 2 business days and then it is sent to you via email for approval. Once the     proof is approved, it takes about 5 to 6 business days to print the cards and another 3 to 4 days to reach the destination. In all it takes about 10 to 12 business days to complete an order     but it may vary according to the complexity of the design. Customized cards may take longer depending upon the amount of work required on the product. 2) How do I place an order?
    Kindly refer to the Demo provided to get the detailed information on how to place an order by clicking on the Order Demo link given at the bottom of every page.

3) Can I view the physical sample of the product that I want to order and get the actual feel of the material used before I place a Bulk order? If yes, how much will the sample cost be?
Yes, Scroll Invitations give you an option to view the physical sample of the product to ascertain the quality of material used before you order it in Bulk. The sample cost may vary from product to product so we kindly request you to click on the link Order Sample provided besides each and every product to get the exact cost of the sample along with the shipping cost. You will be glad to know that the sample cost will be waived off completely along with its shipping cost if you place an order for 200 cards or more.

4) Does your site provide various options for Wordings, Fonts and Symbols that I can use as reference for the Invitations?
Yes, our site facilitates the selection of all 3 criteria while drafting the details of your Invitations. Keeping in mind the variety of personal preferences we have a vast collection of Wedding Wordings, Wedding Symbols and Wedding Fonts to choose from.

5) What kind of printing services do you provide?
We have the requisite infrastructural facilities in-house to satisfy our customers along with our exquisite range of designer products. We specialize in all kinds of printing services such as Silk Screen Printing, Raised Screen Printing, Foil Printing, Handmade Paper Printing, Die Embossing, and Die Cutting Processes. 

6) What is the procedure for proof?
To make your Wedding Invitations perfect; without any errors in the text, we have introduced a simple proof procedure. All you have to do is just send us the wordings / matter / text to be written on the Invitations in an MS Word file. 

We shall get the text designed by our professional designers according to the size of the card using the most attractive font style & symbols and send it to you for approval in a PDF format. According to your Feedback / Alterations / Suggestions we shall incorporate the changes and send you the corrected proof once again for approval in a PDF format. This interaction will continue until you are completely satisfied and give us the final confirmation to print the Invitations. Once the proof is approved then we shall go ahead and print the cards.

In case if you are not completely satisfied with the layout provided by our designers, we give you the option to customize the text and send us the file of that particular Wording / Symbol / Font you desire. We shall incorporate the same and send you the proof using the style submitted by you.

7) How do I send the wording / matter / text that is supposed to be printed on the cards? 
You can send us the wordings / matter / text in an MS Word file along with your Order Id via email at info@scrollinvitations.co.uk

8) Can I get add-on cards coordinated as per my Invitations?
We make every possible effort to provide you with coordinated add-on cards and stationery as per the Invitations selected depending upon the availability of the material.

9) What is the mode of transport used to deliver the cards?
All our consignments are dispatched through reliable and reputed courier companies like FedEx, DHL and others. It takes about 3 to 4 business days for the consignment to be delivered at any corner of the globe.

10) What is the mode of payment?
We accept online payment through all major credit / debit cards. Payment can also be made through Demand draft / Bank Transfer (TT).

11) What currency does the payment have to be made in?
The payment can be done in any currency. 

12) Do I have to pay any kind of Custom Duties / Import Duties / Vat Charges / Local Taxes?
Any of the above mentioned charges or any other relevant charges by Courier Company, Credit card Company or bank will be paid by the customer (if applicable).

13) Will there be any kind of variation in the material used i.e., paper, texture, design and color?
We try to give you the exact product that is shown on the site but certain papers like handmade papers and products requiring hand work might have some variations which should not be considered as defective.

14) Can I customize a particular card according to my taste / preference?
